Steps:
Prepare the Biscuit Base:
- Crush the Lotus Biscoff biscuits.
- Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed biscuits.
- Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of dessert cups.
- Bake in the oven at 150°C for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:
- In a bowl, whisk the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and whisk until well combined.
- Add whipped cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Continue whisking until the mixture becomes thick and smooth.

- Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the biscuit base into each dessert cup.
- Pipe a layer of cream cheese filling over the biscuit base.
- Top with fresh blueberries and strawberries.
Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the assembled dessert cups for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving to allow them to come to room temperature slightly.
